A trip to The Big E.

September marks two things – the start of school and The Big E’s run. The Big E is a big 6-state fair (the states that make up New England; New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut) designed to showcase each state’s best products and produce: believe it or not, there are some non-food related items in there..! This was my second year going to the fair, and this year I went with my friends Kaeli (a Big E expert) and Emma (a first-timer). Here are a few photos that sum up the day! Ok, let’s talk the important stuff – food. Here’s a brief run-down of the food & drink that was consumed by each person today..

Me: Maple lollipop, giant face-sized potato with soured cream and chives, wild blueberry iced tea, kettle corn.

Emma: Pumpkin spiced chocolate chip cookie with maple cream, smoked salmon stick, giant face-sized potato with butter, chili, soured cream, cheese and chives, iced lemonade, apple crisp with ice cream.

Kaeli: Smoked salmon stick, giant face-sized potato with butter, chili, soured cream, cheese and chives, a pickle, kettle corn, iced coffee.

What I’m wearing: Jeans – Bullhead @ Pacsun, t-shirt – old H&M, shoes – Converse, sunglasses – Target, bag – from my sister but from Accessorize, watch – Michael Kors, bracelets – Lokai & Tesco.
